Our mission work is with Family Legacy, a high-impact NGO that gives Zambian orphans a home, and love, and an education. We’ll work with the kids who are graduating from high school, helping them to chart the next stage of their lives.
 
Many of these young people will work in business one day, but they’ve had little exposure to business. And that’s where we come in. We will be coaching students in personal and professional development and how to prepare for the next stage of their careers, as well as consulting on the basics of communication, marketing, customer service and entrepreneurship through one-on-one conversations, small group discussion, classroom exercises, and role plays. We will be mentoring the students, helping them identify their individual strengths and showing them how persistence and hard work are the keys to success.
